Architect Howard Elkus dies at 78

Howard Elkus, FAIA, RIBA, LEED AP, cofounder of the Boston-based architectural firm Elkus Manfredi Architects, died on April 1 in Palm Beach, Fla., 11 days before his 79^th birthday. The firm announced his passing on April 3 but did not disclose the cause of death or information about survivors.
