17 buildings designed by Le Corbusier added to UNESCO World Heritage List

UNESCO added 17 projects from Le Corbusier to its World Heritage List.

Charles-Édouard Jeanneret-Gris, better known by his pseudonym, was a Swiss-French architect, designer, painter, urban planner, and a pioneer of modern architecture.

The UNESCO sites are spread across seven counties and were built over the course of 50 years.
